SEC Suicide Lines…Week the 7th.

Yeah. I would like to apologize in regards to last week. 2-5 is unacceptable. I know you don’t care about the inexplicable confluence of events that conspired to screw me over. So onward and leftward, eh? 26-18 is still over .500.

After they lost to Army? They’re going to play better this week. The problem? Georgia will too. I know Joe Cox has not had the derring-do in the daytime. But Jesus owes Mark Richt one.

Mississippi State -3 at Middle Tennessee State

Not to say that the Blue Raiders can’t trap them? But you know what? They won’t. Offensive coordinators don’t win revenge against the conference that screwed them. Take Dan Mullen. Take him Nine Times.

UAB +22 at Ole Miss

There are few forces as dynamic in the college football world as Joe Webb. Now he won’t be in any position near the upset city. Ole Miss’ defense is just to good. That being said? The offense is bad enough that I think even UAB can generate a pass rush. 34-13 feels right. And that means a cover.

South Carolina at -17 Alabama

I don’t know why I’m doing this. It feels like a 16-3 game where Terrence Cody and Renaldo McClain squash the Gamecock O-Line. And that’s why I feel tentative. Sorry.

Kentucky at Auburn -12

The logic was sound last week. No Trevard Lindley and they showed up and played an A+ game. But what are they going to do with Mike Hartline sitting with a knee injury? Not much. Take the points.
