OTPremium is nearly here... do you want it?

Hi OTP fans

The more observant of you will have noticed a new OTPremium tab at the top of the site and the nosier of you have probably clicked it!

Basically it will allow a subscription service on OTP. Normal service will not be affected: this will go above and beyond what you currently get on OTP.

The first thing it will allow is an advert free version of the site. I know the ads can be annoying sometimes, but they are a necessity to pay the bills. With OTPremium you'll be able to get exactly the same content but without the adverts. 

The main reason for emailing you is to gauge how much further you would like OTPremium to go. I've got lots of ideas for it, including exclusive OTPremium content, bringing in regular guest columns from some well-known writers and some exclusive competitions and giveaways.

Obviously, how much of this is achievable is dependant on whether we get 10 subscribers or 10,000 subscribers. So, I want to throw it open to you and find out:

1) Whether the appetite is there (i.e. would you subscribe?)

2) If so, how much would you be happy to pay for a 12-month subscription?

And just to reiterate, this will not affect output on the existing OTP site whatsoever.

I'd be really grateful for your feedback regardless of whether you think it's a great idea or a rubbish idea.
