| Fergie and Kenny Dalglish join the Wenger Woys Posted: 14 Feb 2012 07:24 AM PST [Click image to play] It started out as a joyful collaboration between Arsene Wenger and Roy Hodgson. Then Andrey Arshavin joined on vocals. Now the Wenger Boys are getting mighty crowded. Kenny Dalglish will now be playing bongos and Sir Alex Ferguson is a Bez-type figure. Great work from RedCafe poster Olly. |
| Rangers go into administration, Celtic pretty much wrap-up title Posted: 14 Feb 2012 07:07 AM PST Rangers have been officially placed in administation, incurring an automatic 10 point penalty which all but gives rivals Celtic the SPL title. London company Duff and Phelps were appointed as the Ibrox side’s administrator and took over running of the club at 2.50pm this afternoon. The move comes after Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs failed [...] |

The young striker was on City’s books as a six-year-old, but was shown the door from Maine Road in December 1998. That looks like a bad move now, but [...] |

The Wales skipper’s goals tend to coincide with notable deaths. His strike against Sunderland at the weekend prompted Whitney Houston’s passing the following day. His killing spree started in May 2011 [...] |
| Belgian linesman hit by piece of cardboard, performs Hollywood death stagger Posted: 14 Feb 2012 01:29 AM PST Showing match officials the card Match officials have obviously been spending too long watching players overreacting to injuries. Belgian assistant referee Frederick Geldhof was hit by a piece of cardboard during the match between Lierse and Zulte Waregem. While OTP is sure it was quite sore, the linesman’s moveie death stagger is probably a bit [...] |
| Video: Mexican coach orders his side to miss unsporting penalty Posted: 14 Feb 2012 01:04 AM PST Fair play While we were busy talking about a non-handshake at the weekend, Mexican football was able to celebrate a wonderful piece of sporting behaviour… eventually. The incident arises out of some distinctly unsporting behaviour as Estudiantes decided against giving the ball back to opponents Pachuca under 20s after an injury to an Estudiantes player. [...] |
