Tennessee to run a two quarterback system?

Tennessee to run a two quarterback system?

In the SEC there’s been a lot of tenuousness in the quarterback class. Outside of Tebow and Snead there’s been a lot of competition for QB1 in the greatest convergence of talent since that episode of How I Met Your Mother when Barney had the yips.

Oh Barney, what won’t you get into?

Anyway, in Tennessee, Jonathan Crompton seems like he’s in much the same boat as Chris Todd. In that he’s done enough in camp to win the job that he nearly played himself out of. But as Lee Corso would say, not so fast, my friend.

Kiffin apparently thinks the competition is really close. He wants back-up Nick Stevens to get the same amount of run to make sure that he’s ready for the battles.

Please read this Red Sox Monster post. Sports are a fun part of life, and now cancer has crept into everyone one of our lives as well. We all have sports stories and cancer stories. My uncle died just a few weeks ago of cancer. This Auburn football season will be a lot different, not talking to him. Going to his son’s football games on Friday nights will be a lot different, as well. Give what you can to her fund. Thanks so much!

Auburn, War Eagle! Reality TV Show

Auburn, War Eagle! Reality TV Show. Since Coach Gene Chizik has arrived @ Auburn, he has done things a tad differently. Without anything except good vibes and recruiting news, we can only assume it is working. The first five games will tell us what the story is.

The latest thing to happen on the plains is that Auburn will have a miniseries reality TV show that will air on their home site. They are trying to “look for dynamic ways to further strengthen the brand of Auburn football”, as A.D. Jay Jacobs said.

I personally feel that Auburn needs to run the ball and run the ball hard, just like they have done for the past 30 years. That is the best way to “further strengthen the brand of Auburn football”.  If they don’t, the picture below is a great preview of their reality TV show.
